Black Diamond Technical Education Society provides the best of Conventional and Technical Education to the Bright but unexplored Community of Western Orissa. The basic objective of the society is to provide technical education by establishing different technical institutions in the form of Certified Diploma and Degree courses. Society appreciates the need of basic education at the ground level so it also operates High Schools and Public Schools.

To create an advanced setup of Technical learning of quality standard where pursuit of knowledge and excellence shall reign supreme, unfettered by the barriers of nationality, language, cultural plurality and religion.
- To provide technical educational facilities, Society's aim's and object's is to establish different technical institution as I.T.I. (Craftsmen training), Polytechnic (Diploma), Degree Engineering and Medical Colleges.
- To organise activities for prompting effective community living, Social responsibility and Citizenship.
- To undertake steps for making society, economically self- sufficient.
- To organise different education, physical and recreational activities for prompting Character Sound health, discipline, Co-operation, enterprise and social services.
- To develop quality of leadership among the members and to include a positive achievement towards life and society.
- To promote villagers with Agricultural development for the rural people with residential and sanitary facilities.
- To engage the youth in various nation-building activities.
- To organize activities for prompting general health of children, pregnant and expectant mothers.
- To undertake various programmes like adult literacy, family planning, remedial education, community health, social improvement, milk feeding, developing the village forests by the help of the youth etc. To undertake steps for making society, collectively economically self sufficient among the members.
